Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional license just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career in the year 16 when she stopped gym class. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year when she was 17. She was among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up when she left taking part in elite contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for many more years and set new targets each year. She took home four other fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. The oldest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel took six years off from competing after obtaining her pro license to complete her undergraduate education. Then she returned in October 2015 to compete in her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Professional in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the space of three months, Ariel took to the stage at the Olympia and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have finished 6th in the Fitness Division even though she her lack of expectations. Ariel was competing with several of the top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise includes her lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent rows with single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel is also efficient when it comes to time management. This is accomplished by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of between 10 and 12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice a week. The first day is light weight day, another day that is heavy.
